Project Overview
The clients entrusted Conklin’s Construction to create their dream home with a breathtaking view, perched atop a granite rock cliff. The steep terrain presented challenges, but Matt and his team showcased creativity, finding innovative solutions to efficiently move trusses and framing up the steep hill.
This Beaver home package features an open layout, with the principal bedroom and bath situated on the east side, while two additional bedrooms, a bath, laundry, and mudroom grace the west side of the house.
