House: Captivated by the property, the owners were less enamored with the layout of the existing cottage. Matt and his team skillfully brought their vision to life, collaborating with Corbin Patten Design to craft a space that aligns with their lifestyle. To add the finishing touches, they enlisted Michele and her team from Bespoke Living Company to style the space. The outcome is a dream cottage that the owners, along with friends, family, and their two dogs, now have the pleasure of enjoying year-round.

Boathouse: Passionate about entertaining, the owners recognized the necessity of crafting a space that offers both scenic views and convenient access to the lake. The interior of the boathouse features a boat slip and ample storage for water sports equipment. Full glass garage doors spanning the entire side of the boathouse expand the entertainment area, facilitating seamless flow and access to indoor amenities, including a bar and surround sound for enjoying games on the television or music on the dock. The upper level boasts an open deck, providing additional space for lounging.

Garage: Anticipating that the construction of the main cottage would likely occur during the summer season, the owners strategically prioritized the construction of the garage with living quarters above. This allowed them to enjoy the property even as the main cottage build progressed. Opting for a straightforward design, the garage accommodates space for two cars on the lower level, while the upper level features a bedroom, full bathroom, and a living space.
